2. Booking Confirmation
After successfully booking a cricket ground through our website, mobile application, or in person, you will receive:
- Immediate Confirmation: An on-screen confirmation message with your booking details.
- Email Confirmation: A detailed email with your booking reference number, date, time, ground details, and payment receipt.
- SMS Notification (Optional): If you've opted for SMS notifications, you'll receive a text message with key booking information.
Please check your confirmation details carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
3. Digital Passes
For easy access to our cricket grounds, we provide digital passes:
- Mobile App Pass: If you use our mobile app, your booking will appear in the "My Bookings" section. This digital pass contains a QR code for entry.
- Email Pass: Your confirmation email includes a PDF attachment with a QR code that can be scanned at entry.
- Booking Reference: If you don't have access to your digital pass, you can provide your booking reference number and photo ID at the reception.
4. Accessing the Cricket Grounds
To access your booked cricket ground:
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled booking time to complete check-in procedures.

5. Equipment and Facilities

6. Late Arrivals
