Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for cricket ground bookings at Bpr Sports Club. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent policy for such situations.

2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been processed and you have received a booking confirmation email or notification. Please review your booking details carefully to ensure accuracy.

3. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your cricket ground booking, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellation 7 or more days before the booking date: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
• Cancellation 3-6 days before the booking date: 75% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation 1-2 days before the booking date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the booking time: No refund will be provided.

All cancellation requests must be submitted through your account on our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team directly.

4. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your cricket ground booking, the following policy applies:

• Rescheduling 3 or more days before the booking date: No additional fee, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling 1-2 days before the booking date: 10% rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the booking time: 25% rescheduling fee, subject to availability.

All rescheduling requests must be submitted through your account on our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team directly. Rescheduling is subject to ground availability.

5. Cancellation by Bpr Sports Club

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

• Severe weather conditions that make the ground unsafe or unplayable
• Unexpected maintenance issues or ground damage
• Power outages or other facility issues
• Government restrictions or public health emergencies

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the following options:

• Reschedule your booking to another available date and time at no additional cost
• Receive a full refund of your booking amount
• Receive a credit for future use, valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation

6. No-Shows

If you fail to arrive for your booking without prior notice (no-show), no refund will be provided, and the booking amount will be forfeited.

7. Early Departure

If you choose to leave the cricket ground before your booking time ends, no partial refund will be provided for the unused time.

8. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

9. Special Events and Tournaments

Special events, tournaments, and corporate bookings may have different cancellation and refund policies. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

10. Membership Cancellations

If you have a membership with Bpr Sports Club, please refer to your membership agreement for specific cancellation and refund terms related to your membership.
